Prime Snag Solutions are a Kildare based snagging company serving all areas of Leinster. The company specialises in delivering comprehensive, detailed and transparent inspections of new-build homes. Our goal is to ensure that every new home is completed to the highest standards that new homeowners deserve.

We have previously identified issues and defects across a wide range of areas, including blocked waste pipes, substandard internal and external plaster finishes, poor brickwork and plumbing issues to name a few. We have seen it all and know exactly where to look. 

With more than 25 years experience in the construction industry combined with a strong focus on attention to detail, you can trust Prime Snag Solutions to find every defect and issue, providing you with the peace of mind that your new home will be completely finished to the highest standard when you move in.

Prime Snag Solutions conducts detailed inspections that include floor level checks, socket testing and moisture readings as part of the process. We also use a camera probe to inspect external waste pipes to ensure there are no obstructions or damage that could cause future problems.

Inspections extend beyond visual checks, verifying that all elements, from toilets and taps to doors and windows, operate correctly. 

Following completion of the inspection, a precise and detailed snag report is provided within 24 hours, outlining all issues to be addressed, which can then be forwarded to the site foreman. 

Follow-up inspections can also be carried out to confirm that all required works have been completed to industry standards prior to handover.
